Summary:
If you are looking to play an important role in this exciting resort enviroment, we need you in the kitchen on the Double JJ Resort property!
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing variety of foods, prepare vegetables, clean fish or poultry, and trim meat
- Prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner menu items
- Grill, saute and bake
- Restock the pantry
- Monitor food safety
Qualifications
- Culinary experience preferred
- Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a work environment that is diverse
