We are looking for a Operation/Warehouse Supervisor in the North Austin area with at least 4-5 years in a warehouse management or operation management positions. The role will include the following responsibilities: supervise daily warehouse operations, including quality assurance, inventory control, logistics, and customer service.Schedule and manage the warehouse team to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime. Inspect and maintain equipment, tools, and machinery. Meet with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop loss prevention plans. Oversee logistics for product transportation, ensuring efficient delivery by coordinating with drivers and air partners.

salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Previous warehouse management or operation management experience (4-5 years)

• Assign actions to receiving, shipping, kitting, inventory, and warehouse staff and supervisors

• Manage just in-time delivery of parts to the manufacturing floor on time

• Manage capacity and overtime

• Weekly status reporting (KPIs once a month)

• Establish, manage and maintain crosstraining

• Manage cycle count process and inventory

• Manage manufacturing process

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• working weekends
