ZBS Alliance Animal Health LLC M&A and Growth Strategy Director in Rye Brook, New York
Manage veterinary Merger and Acquisition lifecycle from deal evaluation through deal execution efforts for new veterinary practices within the Alliance Animal Health system. Build financial models, perform financial and valuation analysis, craft investment memos, and collaborate with the Business Development team to help drive due diligence and integration. Engage directly with potential partners regarding diligence and data collection. Lead De Novo expansion projects from beginning to end through market analysis, site selection, financial modeling, returns analysis, project management, and operational support. Work closely with Alliance Animal Health leadership to craft market research and business plans. Act as a liaison across finance, operations, marketing, and talent acquisition teams to create and execute cross-functional initiatives that will help orient Alliance Animal Health’s strategic direction. Provide updates daily as well as run ad-hoc analyses requested by the Board of Directors on market analysis. Understand, refine, report on and create company KPIs for Alliance’s growing portfolio of locations.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Biology or Statistics, plus three years of experience in the offered position or as a Market Analyst or Market and Growth Strategy Associate within veterinary services or animal healthcare industry.**All required experience must have included working on veterinary market analysis, and integration planning in deals totaling over $100 million; leading De Novo expansion (new builds, relocation, expansion) through identifying veterinary markets/sites; performing veterinary market analysis, preparing research reports, analyzing consumer trends, and identifying strategic initiatives to help drive portfolio revenue/cost savings; conducting ad-hoc analyses through the structuring and modeling of complex datasets into easily digestible output using PowerBI; and developing KPI reporting across multiple teams, including finance, talent acquisition, business development, and operations across at least 150 locations. *Telecommuting permitted from any location in the U.S.#LI-DNI
