Reputable mid-sized firm is seeking a Transactional/Corporate Secretary to join their team in Sacramento, California. They are on the lookout for a skilled secretary with a solid background in both transactional and real estate handling, and a strong competency in document management.
Requirements
Exceptional computer literacy and aptitude, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe, Excel, Outlook,, and document management systems.
Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new software systems, specifically those that will aid in managing a document-intensive transactional/real estate practice.
Ability to multitask and proficiently manage a busy schedule in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Strong team player with the ability to also work independently when required.
Unwavering commitment to exceptional client service, coupled with a consistent output of high-quality work.
Exceptional proofreading skills and impeccable attention to detail.
