Lionakis Project Coordinator - Education in Sacramento, California

As Project Coordinator you will...

  • Act as a liaison to manage work priorities, prepare addenda, respond to RFIs and submittals, and facilitate communication between architects, designers, and contractors to address project-related inquiries.

  • Handle complete project administration, including data entry, project closeouts, maintenance of closeout records, and managing email communications across various project-related software platforms.

  • Provide administrative support by scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and organizing lunches for studio events; coordinate maintenance, repairs, supplies, mail, and file management, along with other assigned duties as needed.

  • Execute administrative tasks, such as learning and adhering to studio and office procedures, understanding equipment and software standards, and assisting corporate staff with additional duties.

  • Prepare and edit well-formatted documents, ensuring adherence to administrative guidelines.

  • Set up and maintain project files, binders, templates, and materials according to firm standards.

  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of specifications, addendums, and cut-sheet binders.

  • Understand and accurately execute both verbal and written instructions.

  • Monitor, coordinate, and ensure compliance with Division of State Architect requirements and deadlines.

  • Contribute to maintaining and updating project procedures for the studio.

    The Must-Haves (Required)  

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

  • Experience in a professional services office environment is preferred.

    The Like-to-Haves (Not Required)  

  • Familiarity with project management software like Newforma, Procore, and Bluebeam.  

  • Experience in the A/E/C industry.  

  • Experience working on Education projects.

    Salary range: $53,000-$71,300. Compensation DOE.
