Aerotek Clean Room Technician in Saginaw, Michigan

This work is very detailed work performing inspection and assembly of silicone parts mainly for the Medical Industry.

You will start by getting a cup of finished parts then will sit in a chair and work under a microscope in a very clean environment removing excess silicone from tiny parts. It requires an eye for detail and steady hands that can handle very tiny delicate pieces.

Primary Duties.

*Remove excess silicone (flash), could be under a microscope, using brushed, tweezers, or scrapping tool. Could also use a clicker press to trim flash.

  • Inspect parts

  • Work with a team to assemble at the work station

  • Fill out job sheets with part number, lot number, and quantity. Will need to know how to add and subtract.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Ability to add and subtract .

Ability to do very repetitive detailed word for 10 hours a day.

1 years experience using a close eye for detail inspection and steady hands that can handle very tiny delicate pieces.
