REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Strong swimming skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. No previous lifeguarding experience required comprehensive training will be provided to all successful candidates. JOB DESCRIPTION: As a lifeguard you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our swimmers. Your duties will include supervising swimming activities, enforcing pool rules, conducting rescues and providing first aid when necessary, and performing maintenance to keep the swimming area safe and clean. Monitor swimming areas and enforce safety rules to prevent accidents Perform water rescues and administer first aid/CPR as needed Conduct regular checks of the swimming area and equipment to ensure safety Educate swimmers on safe swimming practices. Attend and successfully complete all required training sessions and meetings Collaborate with the rest of the team to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for patrons.
