Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpet cleaning, janitorial duties, and operating various cleaning equipment. Flexibility with shift start times is essential, as the main shift will be a late 2nd shift (4pm-12am), with occasional mornings.
Responsibilities
Vacuuming carpets
Operating carpet extractor and/or truck mount carpet cleaner
Operating floor buffer
Spot cleaning carpets
Working with cleaning chemicals
Driving company vehicle
Applying floor chemicals
Reapplying epoxy coating and scraping old coating off floors
Essential Skills
Experience in carpet cleaning or janitorial background
Ability to lift 75 lbs
Flexibility to work evening, morning, and occasional weekend shifts

Work Environment
You will be working primarily during the late 2nd shift (4pm-12am), with occasional mornings. The job involves physical tasks, including lifting up to 75 lbs and operating various cleaning equipment. You will be required to wear appropriate attire suitable for janitorial duties.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
