Direct Hire job opportunity Location: Saint Paul, MN Wage: $85,000 100,000 Annually Hours: Monday - Friday, 6 am - 7 am start time Duties of the flat roof foreman: Provide training, leadership, and direction to commercial roofing crews. Manage personnel, scheduling, and issue resolution. Maximize production while ensuring job costs, installation quality, and employee safety. Utilize and verify proper roofing materials and equipment at each site. Conduct quality checks on work to verify proper product installation. Train employees on safety procedures and equipment. Educate employees on roofing best practices, terminology, materials, and equipment. Plan, administrate, and participate in promoting proper work ethic and enforcing company policies. Requirements of the flat roof foreman: High School Diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of commercial roofing experience, including TPO, EPDM, waterproofing, etc. Extensive knowledge of roofing details and installation methods. Proficient in PC and tablet software applications. Working knowledge in blueprint reading and specifications. Valid driver s license and clean driving record.
