Salary range is $114,358 - $136,100 per year

Job Description

The Senior IT Quality Assurance Analyst will uphold and continually improve CHS’ IT Quality Assurance and Testing standards and processes. This position validates enterprise applications and systems in support of CHS business operations. The Senior IT Quality Assurance Analyst ensures QA and Testing activities and deliverables are completed on-time and on-budget. This position is expected to leverage test automation to boost efficiency across products. Responsibilities include the following: completing, reviewing, and providing feedback to standardize QA and Testing artifacts (test plans, cases, evidence, scripts, data, metrics, and audit) created to validate the application (developed or being implemented from a vendor); conforming to the requirements, design and intended production implementation; working with teams to implement Test Automation framework; working with QA staff and product teams to comply and help drive improvements applicable to Software Development Lifecycle and Testing Processes as it relates to the CHS QA Center of Excellence; identifying, documenting, triaging and tracking issues found during test execution; escalating risks that will directly impact project timelines and deliverables; and identifying and communicating workplace hazards. Supervises 2 subordinates with the following titles: Quality Assurance Analyst (1); and IT QA Intern (1). Position allows work from home anywhere in the United States.

Job Requirements

The qualified candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a closely related field. The qualified candidate must have at least 4 years (48 months) of experience with all the following: (a) Quality Assurance ; (b) Automation Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, Acceptance Testing, ETL, and Big Data Testing; (c) defect analysis and defect tracking; (d) preparing test summary reports, test evaluation summary reports, and monthly, daily, and weekly status reports; (e) and utilizing all the following tools/technologies: SDLC, Oracle, SQL Server, Java, J2EE IDM, SDK, IBM MQ, .NET, Mainframe and VB applications. All experience may be gained concurrently.

Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications.
