Great Plains Manufacturing currently has an opening for aFab Operator Leadfor the3rd shiftat ourSalinafacility.

The position works Sunday through Friday 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

This position offers a \$2/hour 2nd Shift Differential

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• [Supervise and coordinate Fabrication operations]{#isPasted}
• Ensure that employees, equipment and materials are used properly, safely, and efficiently in accordance with good shop practices and operating techniques
• Understand and administer company policies and procedures to ensure consistency with company direction
• Understand team concepts and work as a strong team player
• Excel in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
• Other duties may be assigned that require other qualifications, physical demands, and/or work environment.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing supervision is helpful
• Strong management and people skills
• Strong mechanical background
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Fabrication machines helpful
