UMB Bank Loan Operations Specialist - Senior/CT Ops Team in Salt Lake City, Utah

UMB’s Specialty Corporate Trust team offers a variety of trust services to the structure finance world for Loan Agency. We work with customers based across the world to onboard their business and administer the trust transactions. Our team supports UMB by bringing in direct revenue to the bank in the way of fee revenue and interest income. We offer a niche product and service offering and our team is known around the world as one of a few specialty trust departments that can onboard and administer this unique group of products.

The Sr Loan Ops Specialist role will be responsible for daily CT Operations activities. This includes maintaining agency appointments on CLS system, onboarding/setup, maintenance, assignment processing, payments, wire processing, daily monitoring, transaction posting and reporting, including notices to lenders.

How you’ll spend your time:

  • You will use your attention to detail to manage risk associated with processing daily volume of activities

  • You will use your customer service skills to serve as a CLS system expert while responding to clients timely with requested information

  • You will assist with development and implementation of processes and procedures as requested

We’re excited to talk with you if:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • You have at least three (3) or more years of work experience in areas of Corporate Trust and/or Loan Agency or four (4) or more years of relevant work experience

Work Environment:

Typical office environment with occasional travel between locations.

Compensation Range:

Minimum: $51,480.00 - Maximum: $119,200.00
