TASTE OF LOUISIANA UTAH Restaurant Team Member in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah

As an integral team member you will prepare fresh entrees as well as offer guest small samples to enhance their experience. You will further engage with guest by offering information on menu offerings, process orders on point of sales and prepare orders. Additionally, you will participate in catering opportunities as the need arises. Food preparation requires attention to detail with ability to read recipes, make appropriate decisions to maintain consistent flavors with the Brand, maintain operation and equipment cleanliness, wash dishes, mop floors, stock, rotate inventory while maintaining a good attitude. We can train you to cook, but we cant train you to have a good attitude. You either have a good attitude or you don't! Engage with guests, prepare food and process orders on point of sales system. Follow recipe specifications to create various entree's by utilizing fresh ingredients,specific measurements and processes to create consistent entree's in accordance with established guidelines. General kitchen duties include, but not limited to cutting, cooking, cleaning and other duties as needed.
