Volt is immediately hiring for a Distribution Operations Analyst. This is afully remote position supporting a team in Hillsboro, Oregon, so candidates in PST or CST time zone are preferred.

As *Distribution Operations Analyst *you will:

• Have previous knowledge of Channel Data Management (CDM) processes and systems, is self-motivated and detail-oriented, with demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Perform custom scrubbing of data
• Channel management/ Distribution
• Work with distribution partings, price protection, inventory/scrap reconciliation
• Use SAP and Excel daily

Responsibilities:

Capable of executing Channel Data & Revenue Management processes with understanding of the following:

• Monitor & maintain channel data integrity, quality, and accuracy for all CDM business processes including:
  • Design registration
  • Ship & debit
  • Price protection
  • Scrap allowance
  • Workflow management
  • Accurate POS and inventory reporting from Volt partners
  • Price book maintenance
• Master Data cleaning and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reporting discrepancies and effectively communicate outcomes.
• Provide support for accurate weekly reporting & system resolve and quarter end activities related to Inventory and POS reporting.
• Support and collaborate with different external and internal stakeholders (sales, sales reps, distributors, sales operations, finance, planning, forecasting etc.) to ensure delivery exceeds exp ectations.
• Support and maintain work instructions and training documentation for business processes.
• Participate in training to internal and external users on CDM and related business processes as required.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Superior communication and analytical capabilities.
• Experience with SAP is preferred but not required.
• Business savvy - able to connect the dots across business functions and solid understanding of business processes.
• Experience of B2B channel sales, channel data management processes and automation tools preferably in semiconductor or technology sector, but not required.
• Driven, self-starter, proactive, strong problem-solving skills that can operate in a fast-paced environment international experience a big plus.

This is a Fulltime opportunity.

Pay Rate: $28.00 to $33.00 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
