WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (Job Overview): The Senior Analyst, Performance Assessment leads the DCS program for performance assessment, including metrics, measurement and performance evaluation. This position operates in support of all pillar and core processes of Disaster Cycle Service (DCS). Drivers for this work include: Numbers of processes or events evaluated, number of metrics, number and requirements of grant-funded programs, and performance assessment capability and resources available in internal teams and the field. This position reports to the Director, Disaster Business Operations This position works closely with Disaster Cycle Services business process owners, program managers, and the Humanitarian Services Operations team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated performance assessment activities.

WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE FOR GOOD (Key Responsibilities): * MUST HAVE DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE IN POWER BI DATA VISUALIZATION DESIGN AND DATAFLOW PROGRAMMING -Leads the design and development of data collection and data analysis processes to allow accurate real-time monitoring and improvement of DCS programs and processes. * Facilitates the development of metrics and measures for DCS processes and programs and the collection and analysis of performance data. Supports interpretation of measurement tools. * Creates and supports performance and evaluation tools and systems for accurate, organized and complete metrics and performance information. * Develops and supports volunteers who are the primary Red Cross workforce.
