The Position

The Service Install Dispatcher will coordinate schedules to ensure efficient scheduling of Installation and Service Technicians to assigned jobs in accordance with customer needs.Qualifications

  • High School Degree, Associates degree in business preferred.
  • 3+ years' experience in scheduling/dispatching field operations personnel
  • Excellent planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must possess computer proficiency in MS Office

  • Collaborates with Customer Service, Dispatch and Service Departments, establish schedules and plans that allocate available resources to best serve client or customer needs.
  • Maintains installation schedule for all Installation and Service Technicians revises as needed and alerts appropriate staff of schedule changes or delays.
  • Assists in the planning of multi-stop trip routes.
  • Works with the Manager of the Installers and Service Technicians to identify areas of the country where additional manpower maybe needed.
  • Schedules Preventative Maintenance service calls to ensure compliance with the service level agreement as spelled out in the Preventative Maintenance Contracts.
  • Works with the Service Department to schedule, urgent bre ak fix repairs.
  • Performs other related duties, as required.
