Grow your career as a Bilingual Identity and Access Management (IAM) Support Analyst with an innovative global bank in San Antonio, TX. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 3 days onsite per week.

Will be responsible for fulfilling access requests within a variety of banking applications and infrastructure systems. The objective of the role is to manage user roles and access privileges within compliance of set information security policies and standards. Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree.

  • 5+ years of experience in an Information Security role or similar field with service delivery and customer relationship management.

  • Must have high volume ticketing experience.

  • Must be bilingual: English and Spanish.

  • Able to interpret the principle of Information Security concepts and policies and ability to apply into day-to-day work.

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the risk associated with cyber security and the controls set in place to manage risk in identity and access management.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use company Lean methodology to identify process improvements.

  • Able to utilize Microsoft applications to analyze and interpret data.

CyberArk Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in IT production support environment, and hands on of experience in Information Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM) technologies and tools.

  • 5+ years of experience in Privileged Identity/Access Management and working knowledge on CyberArk.

  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and implementation of account in CyberArk onboarding with working knowledge of access control models across technologies.

  • Knowledge on testing connectors/platforms and other network devices.

  • Application related knowledge on AIM WCS & ECS.

  • Expertise in CPM, PSM, PVWA and Private Ark for trouble shooting and fixing issues in production & UAT.

  • Should be a key player in terms of disaster recovery and mock drill testing.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience in the following platforms:

  • For Databases: Oracle, MS SQL, Sybase, Teradata, MongoDB

  • For Enterprise Systems: IBM RACF, CA TopSecret, AS/400, Stratus, Tandem, Unisys, VMS systems

  • For Wintel: Active Directory, Wintel NAS servers

  • For Unix: Unix OS, LDAP

What You Will Be Doing

  • Work high volume i.e., within tools such as ServiceNow and internal tool requests, ResolveIT.

  • Strong understanding of the team - products, processes, resources and tools in their respective platform with an ability to review processes in accordance with company policies.

  • Support operation including weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis, as well as assigned On-call emergency support.

  • Handle complex requests and issues independently by having a good understanding of security administration processes, practices, and policies; escalate a severity issue to relevant parties and assist in resolution.

  • Provide audit related deliverables in short turnaround time, participate in compliance and audit related meetings.

  • Work with the team to ensure completion of Marketplace requests, troubleshooting incident issues, closure of compliance-related action items and tasks are done within operational and controls thresholds.

  • Understand Continuity of Business and supports its application to the processes by maintaining resources like process control document up-to-date, accesses, etc. within applications in scope of support.

  • Identify potential opportunities and raise to management's attention, as well as raise ideas to improve information security controls for supported systems.

  • Maintain availability to customers, team members, escalation manager, and senior management and handle customer and team interactions in a manner that lives up to the company’s leadership principles.

  • Effectively utilize Talent Management process (i.e., goal setup, self-assessment, feedback, individual development plan etc.) to manage own performance and work on continuous development.

  • Assist in the development of team members by providing coaching and training particularly to new team members or new team processes.

  • Complete other tasks/activities/projects in connection with the organizations' goals not detailed in the current job description such as automation, migration, controls culture, etc.
