Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support a Health insurance company based in San Antonio. The qualified candidate will have enterprise-level experience supporting IT application development teams and mapping of claims and clinical data. The Sr. Business Analyst will be seen as a change leader across our clients organization, the Sr. BA will lead and provide guidance to junior Health Care Analysts. The candidate is expected to be the primary liaison with key business SMEs, collaborating with the business leaders to streamline and re-engineer processes, formulate system requirements, with the goal of delivering automated business solutions. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a highly visible state project and impact future growth within the organization.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Management, Information Systems, Data Processing, Mathematical, or Clinical.
* 8 years' experience in product management or product ownership role(s)
* MUST have 5 years' experience in Health Care, specifically dealing with Health Plan (MCO) claims and clinical data.
* Technical background.
* Proficiency with various system development lifecycles such as waterfall, RUP, and Agile methodologies
* Proficiency with MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
* Proficiency with MS Project and MS Visio
* Experience with Jira (Atlassian) Products is a plus.
* Enterprise-level experience supporting IT application development teams
* Experience with the mapping of claims and clinical data. * Certifications strongly preferred -- SAFe, PMI-ACP, Scrum Alliance.
Experience with Cognizant Product suite is a plus -- QNXT, Care Advance, TCS etc. null
