Job Description
Position Summary
The successful candidate will operate primarily within our public Cloud environments to advise and assist with the establishment and enhancement of Cybersecurity postures. This position will be performing technical architecture for Cloud solutions protecting the business technology environments. The role will work closely with Cyber Solution Architecure and Cyber Engineering teams to ensure operational reliability and minimize disruption of services to our public Cloud environments. The successful candidate will be experienced with solutions that protect public cloud environments, and has the ability to quickly assimilate information about supported environments.
Key Responsibilities
Subject Matter Expert for Cybersecurity solutions pertaining to Cloud environments.
Partner with IT Architects to engineer, test, modify and implement cloud CS solutions.
Design, document, and lead implementations of secure configurations for cloud cybersecurity tools.
Maintain vendor relationships and keep appraised of solution roadmaps, features and enhancements.
Gather requirements for product upgrades and patches as appropriate.
Coordinate with business partners to minimize service interruptions.
Complete root cause analysis for unplanned outages and implement appropriate solutions.
Identify value-add enhancements and solutions.
Provide Tier 4 support and address all issues/troubleshooting in a timely fashion.
Evaluate industry and technology trends applicable to supported environments.
Ability to work, participate and contribute in a diverse team environment including team members and business partners.
Clearly communicate thoughts, ideas, specifications and requirements with business clients and technical developers.
Effectively communicate outages and problems with business partners and management.
Minimize audit concerns and issues.
Deliver results on time and on budget in accordance with requirements.
Adhere to and maintain compliance with all applicable standards and policies.
Secure public cloud environments.
Write and update procedures for administering and maintaining the health of cloud security tools.
Skills:
Technical Acumen: Ability to understand the endpoint security tools at a subject matter expert level and leverage that knowledge for effective problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Public Cloud security tools: CSPM, CWPP, CNAPP, CASB, WAF, IAM, DevSecOps
Zero trust cloud architecture concepts
Cloud policy management
Ability to clearly communicate ideas and explain technical knowledge in business language to management and other stakeholders
Pay Rate: $100-130/hour

Skills and Requirements
Heavy Azure experience
Deep understanding of azure frameworks, previous consulting experience deploying azure cloud security solutions, this role is not hands on, working heavily with implementation team
Highly prefer AZ 500 cert
Experience leading the design and implementation of azure security into enterprise
Strong application development background/knowledge + security
Comfortable presenting to leadership and stakeholders across the business null
