Insight Global TSSCI with Poly AV Engineer in San Antonio, Texas
Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for an AV Technician to sit in San Antonio, TX. This candidate is responsible for being onsite and offering a white glove service for all AV/VTC needs. They will be responsible for maintenance and preventive maintenance of all of the VTC and AV equipment which is mostly Crestron equipment. They will be responding to tickets and troubleshooting issues as they arise. They will act as a consultant when installations are happening.

Skills and Requirements
- TSSCI with poly
- 3 years of experience in VTC/AV
- Experience offering white glove service to customers
- Experience with preventive maintenance and maintenance of AV equipment including testing and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of signal flow
- Experience supporting Crestron equipment
- Experience communicating and coordinating with government customer null
