TEKsystems UX Writer in San Antonio, Texas
Description:
The core duty of this job is to do user experience writing for the company's consumer-facing website, the mobile app, emails, text messages and push notifications. The writer must be able to read and analyze the business requirements provided to create the necessary content. They must be able to do strategic thinking to suggest content strategy solutions, collaborate with subject matter experts and handle working in a very fast paced environment. Writers are expected to complete projects within a span of 1 to 7 days based on complexity.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
In addition to the job skills listed, all candidates must submit a portfolio for review. A UX writing (not UX design or UX research) certification, intermediate use of design systems/content management systems, intermediate knowledge in Figma, and experience in financial/insurance services are a plus.
MUST be able to work on-site in San Antonio, TX. Hybrid work.
