TEKsystems Viewer Experience Associate in San Antonio, Texas
Viewer Experience Advocate (Remote)- MUST LIVE NEAR SAN ANTONIO,TX!
As a Viewer Experience Advocate , you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing our brand image by providing exceptional customer support. You’ll be at the forefront of viewer interactions, addressing their needs, recommending products, and ensuring a seamless streaming experience. Your technical expertise, adaptability, and commitment to superior service will drive viewer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
Assist viewers via phone and chat, handling account management, billing queries, content questions, and basic site/application navigation.
Provide Disney Streaming product recommendations during viewer interactions.
Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED with at least one year of customer service experience.
Call Center Experience
Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Docs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent typing, phone, and computer navigation abilities.
Familiarity with digital streaming services and devices.
Positive, adaptive attitude and effective time management skills.
Willingness to work 365 days a year, including holidays, with 24-hour support availability.
Work Environment:
100% remote; quiet workspace required.
