About the CG Marketing Business Operations Team:

As a member of the CG Marketing Business Operations team, you will work directly with the team leader and Marketing leadership team to enable the org to deliver outcomes with speed and scale their impact across the wider CG organization. We are responsible for the operating system, strategic planning, employee connection, and programs that drive organizational effectiveness.

We are looking for a strategic, creative problem solver who can influence without direct authority, lead end-to-end, and bend seamlessly between strategic and tactical work.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have the following:

  • 5-7 years of work experience in roles that were delivering impact across an organization. Examples include experience in a top tier consulting firm focused on strategy and implementation, being part of a strategy or business operations team in a technology company, and/or helping improve efficiency or effectiveness in a business function of a technology company.

  • Change Leadership: ability and skill to formulate a clear change management plan and lead organizational change management efforts, communicating with impact, and providing transparency to our customers

  • Operational Rigor: deep experience and demonstrated understanding of strategy, company-level goals, business/operating model, and performance drivers for the entire segment to improve processes that deliver better outcomes for our customers

  • Strategic Problem Solving: ability and skill in generating innovative insights and ideas to identify new process improvement opportunities that help advance the business

  • Ownership & Influence: strong sense of ownership to drive decisions and outcomes, clarifying ambiguities. Demonstrated ability to understand end-to-end processes.

  • Learning & Expertise: Learning mindset, curiosity, and question why things work the way they do

How you will lead

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Shape and manage our operating system including our strategic planning processes, execution of our goals, and delivery of outcomes

  • Develop scalable, repeatable systems for YoY business processes including identifying the need for new processes, Drive adoption across the org.

  • Motivate and inspire the organization around our purpose and priorities by developing and executing engagement and communications strategies

  • Partner with senior leaders to jointly problem solve and develop solutions to complex business problems

  • Conceptualize, plan, and lead strategic programs that drive organizational effectiveness
