Job Title: CNC Operator
Job Description
Operate CNC Haas Mills, Robo drills, and Fanuc controls, including loading parts, performing manual operations such as using a drill press and deburring, and utilizing electric drills for drilling and tapping products. You will also be responsible for bolting down fixtures using a wrench. The role requires using precision measuring instruments like calipers, depth gauges, thread gauges, pin gauges, and other tools to ensure quality and precision in manufacturing. The job involves working in a production setting which is repetitive and requires learning the specific processes involved.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in San Diego, California.
Work Environment
The work environment involves regular working hours with the possibility of overtime, including weekends. Candidates should be flexible to work close to 50 hours regularly. There are opportunities for both 1st and 2nd shift, with respective pay rates of $20 and $21. The most challenging aspect of this role is learning the processes and adapting to a repetitive production setting. However, it is highly rewarding when mastering tough setups and producing high-quality parts.
