Our client, a fast-growing and dynamic company in the BioTech industry, is seeking a proactive and highly organized Senior Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to support executive leadership and contribute to the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership, including managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.

  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for executive meetings.

  • Conduct research and compile data to assist in decision-making processes.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

  • Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and conferences.

  • Oversee office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.

  • Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Supervise and mentor junior administrative staff, providing guidance and support.

  • Take on special projects and additional tasks as needed to support the team.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant or in a similar role supporting executive leadership.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.
