Description
An Accounts Payable Supervisor is needed for a growing dynamic organization in San Fernando. This company is dedicated to excellence and innovation in everything they do. As the company continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our finance team and contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and supervise daily activities in the Accounts Payable Department.
Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure invoices are processed and paid in a timely fashion.
Match purchasing orders, receiving documents, and invoices accurately.
Distribute expenses correctly to the general ledger.
Execute month-end and year-end closing activities accurately and on time.
Follow the weekly invoice and check-writing schedule.
Manage and lead a team of accounts payable staff.
Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
Maintain positive relationships with vendors.
Resolve any discrepancies or issues in the accounts payable process.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
