Aston Carter Assistant Project Manager in San Francisco, California
Description:
This individual will be responsible to to lead multiple installations through third-party, as well as the coordination and evaluation of outside Third-Party partners. The person in this position will assist with formal site surveys, installation planning, and lead deployment roll outs.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule site surveys and installations
Prepare / inspect materials and paperwork for installations
Communicate site survey and installation schedules to external clients, internal team members (Sales, and any outsourced teams
Ensure accuracy and completeness of work orders
Coach other team members on installation and site survey procedures
Oversee installations and installation team, resolving any issues as needed
Manage the Equipment delivery coordination for installations
Data collects on all in-house installations and close all jobs out in our workflow management software when complete
Maintain regular, reliable, and punctual attendance
Manage Plumbing Coordination and project management
Other duties as assigned
Manage install work Orders backlogs, track install work order aging, and communicate planned and ready backlogs to third party service providers and Techs
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors or Associates Degree or equivalent in work experience
Ability to write effective correspondence to customers and coworkers
Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with equipment maintenance planning in a mid and high-volume environment
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite, Word, PowerPoint, with a significant emphasis on Microsoft Excel
Extremely professional in terms of appearance, phone manner, and group presentation skills
