We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst based in San Francisco, California. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality reporting, analytics, and actionable insights to empower leaders and organizations. As a Business Analyst, you will be expected to design, develop, and automate self-service dashboards and analytics solutions for Business Leaders and Managers at scale. You will be involved in the strategic use of data and innovation to enhance the value of the People Analytics function.

Responsibilities:

• Looking for senior people data analyst with experience in people analytics and HR space analytics.

• Someone who can take new incoming analytics requests from HR or business leaders through ideation through to execution taking business requirements presenting solutions to leaders and walking through building and configuring and testing and helping with change management and launching solutions

• Batch work development

• Primarily strong in workday reporting capabilities.

• Create workday reports and dashboards

• Familiar with other reporting digitalization tools like tableau and ETL(alteryx)

• Must have strong workday reporting and dashboards and people analytics

• Person must be able to drive solutions and is more consultative

  Requirements

• Excellent knowledge and experience in Reporting, Analytics, and Quality Design

• Proven ability to create and deliver effective Presentations

• Experience in implementing Automation in business processes

• Familiarity with various research Methods and ability to apply them in business context

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including C-Suite executives

• Strong understanding of Statistics and its application in business analysis

• Proficiency in Tableau for creating Dashboards and data visualization

• Experience in Discovery phase of projects and working with Business Partners

• Ability to drive Innovation in business processes and solutions

• Experience in Regression Analysis for predictive modeling

• Knowledge in Workday for business process automation

• Experience in Scale Out strategies for business growth

• Track record of achieving project Milestones on time and within budget
