ABOUT THE TEAM
The Product Enablement department is a highly interdisciplinary part of Cisco Meraki. We are a team of learning enthusiasts passionate about crafting world-class learning solutions that help Meraki customers build the knowledge and skills they need to achieve their outcomes.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Cisco Meraki is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to take the lead on all elements of our data practice.
In this role you will have a phenomenal opportunity to directly influence the experience of Meraki learners worldwide. As our Senior Data Analyst, you will work closely with leaders and team members across Product Enablement to surface actionable insights that guide decision making, improve performance, and increase our impact. You will also work closely with data professionals across the Meraki organization on critical initiatives that improve data accessibility, reliability, and visibility.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Improve business outcomes by standing-up detailed tracking and leading analysis of user behavior across our user journey
Define, track, report on success metrics for initiatives as well as Product Enablement overall
Pursue collaborations with data engineering to optimize our data infrastructure
Innovate and improve on existing performance metrics and analytical methods
Democratize data by building scalable, self-service dashboards and reporting tools
Scope and lead complex analytical projects with Meraki Data Science and other cross-functional partners
Prepare and deliver executive level data presentations
Actively foster a data-first culture within Product Enablement and across Meraki
Be the authority on Product Enablement’s data ecosystem, performance analytics, and insights
WHO YOU ARE
5+ years of relevant experience in Data & Analytics
Deep technical skills in SQL, Python a plus
Able to translate complex quantitative data into actionable business recommendations
Proficient in data infrastructure design, with demonstrable experience implementing data infrastructure improvements
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects
Senior-level data visualization tools (MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI) & data storytelling skills
Precision, accuracy, and a keen eye for detail
Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
A strong bias for action and follow-through
Preferred Qualification: Prior experience with data analysis within the learning and development space
