Airtable Senior Product Marketing Manager, Solutions in San Francisco, California

With our Solutions strategy, we are honing in on select functional areas to deliver purpose-built solutions for their needs. As Product Marketing Manager for Solutions, you’ll drive the overall go-to-market motion for Airtable’s functional solution products, in close partnership with peers in Product, Marketing, and Sales.

What you'll do

  • Develop core positioning and messaging for Airtable’s Solutions products that cuts through the competitive noise.

  • Launch new function-specific capabilities with clear and creative executions.

  • Build brand awareness with targeted functional audiences.

  • Partner with Enablement to uplevel our customer-facing teams with knowledge and confidence on specific personas and functional solution areas.

  • Collect customer proof points and examples around Airtable in specific functional solution contexts.

  • Apply the AI lens to our core use case focus areas, such as Product Management and Marketing Operations.

  • Evolve Airtable’s Solutions pricing & packaging model.

    Who you are

  • At least 5+ years of direct Product Marketing experience.

  • Go-to-market & Cross-functional partnership: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to bring new products to market, close deals, and learn from customers.

  • Strong collaborator: track record of working effectively with partners in Product, Marketing, and Sales.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication: Able to crisply articulate a vision for an Airtable that resonates with internal stakeholders like sales and marketing, and inspires customers to implement Airtable solutions.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity: We are in the early days of Airtable solutions motion, so must be comfortable breaking new ground on process and principles in delivering those solutions.

Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills, and experience.

For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City, and Los Angeles, the base salary range for this role is:

$196,000 — $277,600 USD
