Marketing Communications Manager
Location: This position will work a hybrid model (1-2 days/week onsite in office). When reporting to the office, the location will be on Carelon Global Solutions Building, located on 654 Ave Munoz Rivera, San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Schedule: This position will work a first shift between the hours 8:00 am-6:00 pm monday thru Friday.
The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for managing the communications strategy for large strategic groups.
How you will make an impact
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Manages marketing communications and marketing material production.
Defines and establishes appropriate communication strategies and timelines to support corporate and operational initiatives.
Develops materials, and develops communications.
Creates and maintains departmental communication projects and materials, and assists in production and distribution.
Explores and implements additional ways to promote additional programs.
Manages the account web site, training and communications to the account and the operations and implementation team.
Trains service operations and internal clients on policy changes through training materials, hands-on training and ongoing updates.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Prior experience in communications and marketing in a health care environment preferred.

- Fully Bilingual ( English & Spanish).
