Our client, a Non-Profit organization, in San Mateo, CA is seeking a contractor to work in Client Services. This role requires in skills speaking with clients face to face, video, or phone. This role's duration goes to end of October/November 2024 with possible extension.

Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with clients seeking services

• Perform intake procedures, screenings, and assessments of clients to determine feasible options

• Provide crisis counseling and develop plans to reach a timely resolution of crises

• Communicate effectively with prospective clients about their assessment results and the rationale for the proposed course of action

• Divert clients by providing services, referrals, and mediation to resolve barriers

• Perform administrative duties such as maintaining complete, compliant, accurate, timely, and organized client files

• Perform data entry and reporting, ensuring data quality standards are met.

Skills required include Client advocacy, Client communications, Client engagement, Client Intake, Administrative Assistance, Administrative procedures, Administrative skills, Spanish Language.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role or a similar position

• Proficiency in client communication, engagement, advocacy and intake

• Demonstrated experience in administrative procedures and assistance

• Strong administrative skills, including planning, organizing and managing tasks

• Proficiency in Spanish language, both written and spoken

• High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Proficient in the use of standard office software such as Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions

• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality

• Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
