They are currently seeking a proactive Fund Accountant to support their CFO. This role offers significant prospects for career advancement, involvement in challenging projects, and participation in new product launches, including their innovative private label securitization platform.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, covering capital calls, distributions, capital account management, fees, and waterfall calculations.

• Assist in evaluating third-party back-office service providers and fund administrators.

• Contribute to the preparation and coordination of annual audits and tax documentation.

• Generate detailed quarterly and annual financial statements and partners’ capital statements.

• Prepare information for client, limited partner, and audit requests.

• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve systems.

  Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in investment funds such as private equity, private credit, or venture capital

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance

• CPA certification preferred

• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to diverse deliverables

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

• Driven by a commitment to deliver results and passionate about business growth and operational excellence
