Mission

Alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency (AATD) is the primary genetic risk factor for the development of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Grifols, a global leader in augmentation therapy, has been committed to patients with AATD for over 30 years. In order to continue improving awareness, diagnosis, and treatment of this disease in Spain and Portugal, we are looking to hire a Product Manager Biopharma/Neumología Iberia.

What your responsibilities will be

  • Maintain fluid communication with all key departments, stakeholders and customers to ensure the effective execution of the marketing plan, becoming an ambassador of the Commercial Team both with internal and external customers.

  • Analyze market trends, collect customers insights and pay attention to key publications and news to regularly update the commercial team.

  • Propose new actions and ideas to accelerate the growth of the division.

  • Effectively execute the implementation of the marketing plan, meeting the defined timelines.

  • Address the needs of the sales force and anticipate customer needs.

  • Propose, develop and provide teams with promotional materials and communication campaigns, in alignment with the established promotional cycles.

  • Present marketing actions and cycles during sales meetings and monitor their implementation.

  • Work within a “multi-channel” environment, seeking the optimal channels for each type of action to maximize results and optimize costs.

  • Actively participate in the organization and execution of events and conferences established in the marketing plan (external and internal).

  • Attend meetings, conferences and events to maintain up-to-date knowledge of both market dynamics and customers’ needs.

  • Will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the services currently offered by the Division (Patient Support Programs, Infusion services, testing programs, etc).

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences

  • Minimum of 3 years Marketing experience working as a Product Manager in the pharmaceutical industry is required

  • Sales experience is a plus for this position

  • Previous experience working with Hospital medicines or rare diseases or biologic products is a plus.

  • Advanced user of Microsoft office tools

  • You have a clear commercial vocation, enjoy interacting with others, and are passionate about challenges.

  • You possess analytical skills and the ability to adapt your dialogue to meet each client's needs.

  • You are a goal-oriented individual with a winning mindset and a strong drive for achievement.

  • You are passionate about carrying out work that has a direct impact on the well-being of patients and are motivated by helping healthcare professionals.

  • Advanced Spanish and English
