Your Career

In this role you will provide comprehensive administrative support to a Senior Vice President with the decorum, sense of urgency, discretion and superb organizational skills to collaborate with other EAs to support the whole team at Palo Alto Networks. Desire to support additional VPs in org as we scale. Individual is expected to engage with senior executives, on a global basis, both inside and outside of Palo Alto Networks. Need deep experience in administrative support but also pays the highest attention to detail and can anticipate the needs of an in-demand executive. Passion for helping others with a flexible, get it done attitude

This is a office based role in our HQ (Santa Clara, CA) as on-site presence is required to support Executive and team

Your Impact

  • Plan and execute critical meetings, establish agendas, coordinate meeting logistics and follow up with attendees

  • Manage complicated travel schedules, expense reconciliation and budget spend

  • Plan and coordinate a schedule of international and domestic, and business travel

  • Complete projects in an efficient manner; be detail-oriented and focused

  • Plan and coordinate team events; stay within budget and policies

  • Plan and coordinate team All Hands and Leadership meetings

  • Organize events, workshops and large audience meetings

  • Support basic communication needs including SVP memos to various stakeholder groups

  • Navigate procurement process to ensure timely and accurate processing of POs

Your Experience

  • A minimum of 5+ years’ work experience in the capacity of an Executive Assistant supporting and/or reporting to an Executive

  • Ability to remain flexible and positive in a dynamic and fast paced environment that spans multiple time zones

  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to convey a professional image, as well as, effectively represent the organization as appropriate in its relationship with both internal and external constituents

  • Excellent organizational skills, critical thinking skills, and possesses the ability to address multiples priorities, and meet deadlines

  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently

  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $97,400/yr to $157,500/yr.
