Insight Global Sr. Account Manager in Santa Monica, California

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day client management of our Consumer Health & Wellness customers, providing excellent customer service and managing all aspects of the client relationship.

  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts such as Business Intelligence, Advertising Operations, Product Management, and Marketing to deliver tailored solutions to customers.

  • Provide day-to-day management of ad campaigns and proactively partner with Optimization team to understand delivery pacing and performance optimization for client communications and reporting.

  • Manage implementation process by ensuring stakeholders deliver what is needed on time and within client expectations.

  • Analyze and deliver requested client reporting and comprehensive wrap-up reports in partnership with Sales to help with renewals.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and regulatory requirements in the Consumer Health & Wellness space.

Skills and Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in client and account management of digital media programs, preferably in Consumer Health & Wellness (OTC/CPG)

  • Strong written/verbal communication, excellent relationship management skills, and sharp attention to detail

  • Ability to apply analytics and data to a value proposition

  • Willingness to think critically and solve problems in new or creative ways

  • A deep curiosity and interest in healthcare technologies

  • Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce and project management platforms like JIRA or Asana null
