Insight Global Sr Network Engineer in Santa Monica, California

Job Description

Insight Global's client in the fitness industry is looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join the team. This Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the network enterprise wide. This role works closely within the team to ensure a robust and scalable network to meet the ever-changing technology landscape. The role requires a mixture of project work and BAU ticket work. The role also occasionally requires some on call and out of hours work in El Segundo.

Skills and Requirements

6-8 years of experience as a Network Engineer

  Experience with F5 or Palo Alto

  Past experience working in Corporate Office Networking including LAN, WLAN and WAN

  Knowledge of Datacenter Networking Technologies/ Storage Area Networking

  Experience with Public Cloud Networking in AWS and third party connectivity using VPNs

  Comfortability with light travel to EL Segundo (2x a quarter) day to day work will be remote · Knowledge/experience of Cisco ACI. This could include managing APIC, L3outs, contracts, bridge domains, EPGs, VMM integration, and switch profiles.

· Management/maintenance of Cisco UC environment. This could include Cisco Voice server/applications -- CUCM, Unity, voice gateway, Cube, SIP circuits, POTS lines, DIDs etc

· Experience with network tools (LiveAction or Netbrain)

· Knowledge and experience with Cisco ISE for device administration (AAA and TACACS+)

· Experience with Cisco MDS administration, specifically zoning

· Experience with Cisco Meraki switches and Meraki wireless access points.

· Knowledge and experience with Palo Alto Prisma Access. null
