RESPONSABILIDADES

Como Account Manager tiene como principal responsabilidad desarrollar las cuentas de distribución, con la finalidad de crecer el negocio y ganar participación de Mercado.

• Obtener rápidamente una comprensión firme de la cartera de soluciones y servicios de Stanley.

• Capacidad de planificar y ejecutar planes de ventas estratégicos efectivos diseñados para superar los objetivos de ingresos mensuales, trimestrales y anuales.

• Gestionar todo el proceso de ventas, abarcando prospección, descubrimiento, demostraciones, propuestas, negociación, contratación y entrega para implementación de planes

• Construcción relaciones a largo plazo en sus cuentas para generar conversaciones multinivel donde podamos apoyar y obtener el apoyo de las partes interesadas

• Gestión de Forecast colaborativo para asegurar tener los productos para nuestros clientes.

• Fomentar las relaciones con los equipos internos multifuncionales y otras unidades de negocio de Stanley Black & Decker para introducir nuevas soluciones y servicios que amplíen el valor entregado al tiempo que aumentan la participación de cada distribuidor dentro de su cartera de clientes clave.

• Presentar su negocio mensualmente.

• Planificar y gestionar presupuesto de Marketing para actividades con cada cliente

• Conversaciones anuales de precio y acuerdos comerciales para maximizar rentabilidad y desarrollo de negocio

• Expectativa de viajes 60% del tiempo
