What you will do

The Supply Chain E2E Director Essentials is responsible for managing and developing work processes that integrate customer delivery requirements into manufacturing plans, supervising the planning and preparation of production schedules for manufacturing, and establishing key performance metrics to improve profitability through process improvements and utilization of resources:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain operations and ensure seamless integration of all supply chain functions.

  • Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and goals

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance.

  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity of operations.

  • Lead and manage a cross-functional team to ensure efficient and effective supply chain operations

  • Collaborate with sales, inventory, shipping, and suppliers to optimize production planning and improve planning efficiency

  • Maximize customer satisfaction by ensuring timely delivery of products and resolving any issues that may arise

  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics to improve profitability and resource utilization

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain processes and performance

  • Provide regular production planning reports to management and make recommendations for improvements

  • Participate in business decisions related to new product launches and forecasts

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in global supply chain management

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field

  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end supply chain operations and delivering results.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.

  • Ability to manage and mentor a team of supply chain professionals.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in Supply and demand planning is required

  • Expertise in project management and proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation

  • Ability to build and lead diverse, high-performance teams with a strong sense of mission

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build strong partnerships internally and externally

  • Experience in driving significant cost improvement programs and managing operational budgets

  • Experience in analytics roles or projects requiring significant data complexity
