Principais responsabilidades da posição:
Analisar e monitorar as transações (TMS) sobre prevenção a lavagem de dinheiro de acordo com a Circular 3978, Resolução 50 cvm e carta-circular 4001.
Analisar e monitorar operações relacionadas as listas de sanções em atendimento a carta-circular 4001 e regulamentações internacionais como OFAC, JFEL e entre outras regulamentações.
Suporte nos relatórios, indicadores,
Controle de documentos e pendências relacionadas as atividades de FCC e da área.
Analisar processo de KYC (Know Your Customer) de clientes durante o onboarding e revisões periódicas e condução de estudos temáticos sobre produtos, clientes, mídias e cenários de lavagem de dinheiro, suporte a treinamentos e outras atividades internas de FCC.
Experiência desejada para a função:
Experiência em prevenção a lavagem de dinheiro (AML) e combate ao terrorismo (Sanctions).
Avaliação de KYC (Know Your Customer - Conheça Seu Cliente).
Conhecimentos específicos, habilidades e certificados necessários para a função:
Idiomas: Inglês - intermediário
Graduação Completa: Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação, Engenharia, Economia, Matemática, Administração, Contábeis, Direito
ACAMS é um plus.
Excel e Access avançados são diferenciais.
