Senior corporate attorney (at least 10 years of legal expertise) with generalist legal experience to provide internal consultancy and handling bank’s legal matters and projects of any kind.
Perform specific legal works of institutional nature, such as:
Analyze, negotiate and review vendor contracts
Carry out work related to the bank's corporate routine (preparation of minutes, organization of shareholders meetings, etc.)
Work in the corporate ombuds office to resolve client complaints (Ouvidoria)
Monitor and provide regulatory and legal supports to the internal areas
Research, guide, and prepare legal opinions involving corporate issues of institutional nature.
Interact directly and support other areas by providing necessary legal assistance.
