Rise Housing and Support Services PART-TIME MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT in Saratoga Springs, New York
PART-TIME MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT RISE Housing and Support Services is looking for an experienced, handy, empathetic individual to support our property management department on a part-time basis. A successful candidate will have experience responding to resident needs in apartment settings and comfort with individuals working through mental health and substance use challenges.

Overview of Job Responsibilities: * Perform lawn care and minor landscaping * Assist with snow removal, salting and sanding * Perform basic maintenance on household structures and components * Assemble materials and tools for projects * Monitor physical property safety and report discrepancies immediately to the Property Manager * Help with additional related tasks such as interior painting and moving equipment
