Express Employment Professionals Construction Project Manager in Satsop, Washington

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.


Responsibilities: • Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting and scheduling. • Review Home Order forms, change orders, and plans with homeowners before starting each project. • Inform homeowners of their responsibilities and project timelines. • Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met. • Review project plans and blueprints for accuracy and feasibility. • Request and track change orders as needed. • Create and maintain building schedules for subcontractors, suppliers, and homeowners using OnLocation. • Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality expectations. • Conduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship and address any issues. • Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and making necessary adjustments. • Communicate project updates to homeowners and subcontractors, addressing questions or concerns. • Oversee the scheduling and procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely returns of unused materials. • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. • Oversee punch list completion and first-year warranty work. • Recruit and maintain trade partnerships to support work demands and control construction costs. • Ensure site and team adherence to safety compliance standards. • Support team members as needed. • Maintain company privacy and proprietary information policies.


Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or a similar role. • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials. • Proficiency in project management software such as OnLocation. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire team members. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.


Job Details: • Job Type: Full-time • Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year • Compensation Package: Quarterly bonus • Schedule: • 8-hour shift • Day shift • Monday to Friday • Work Location: In-person
