- Enter and adjust journal entries;
- Pay invoices in a timely manner;
- Record checks received and make bank deposits;
- Conduct monthly reconciliation of the company's bank accounts;
- Issue invoices to the vendors and customers;
- Provide information to the external accountant for companys financial statements and taxes; and
- Perform other duties as needed.
