JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Sales Associate provides excellent customer service by always putting the customer\'s needs first. Sales Associate will provide customer service and merchandising operations in a professional and ethical manner to achieve a safe and positive customer experience and ensure the ReStore and the Affiliate are represented in in positive manner. Productivity and profitability will be expected from all employees. Primary Areas of Responsibility Customer Engagement and Sales to include greeting all customers, answering questions, offering direction and suggestions, and thanking customer for their purchase/donation/visit Operation of POS system with integrity and accuracy Merchandising of product Cleanliness of all areas of the store to include salesfloor, cashwrap, bathrooms, entrance/exit, donation areas and trash removal Intake and preparation of donations Collect customer data as required by Store Manager Lifting and moving of furniture, doors, and other large items Answering telephone calls and inquiries in a professional and timely manner Follow all safety requirement when performing job duties Participate in all required meetings and training sessions Other duties as assigned by Store Manager ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications and Skills Professional and positive attitude Communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and grow as a team member Enthusiasm and willingness to provide excellent customer service Ability to balance customers and operational duties Ability to handle cash and utilize basic math, computer, and problem-solving skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand/walk on concrete surface for long periods of time Ability to bend, reach, kneel and climb ladders Ability to lift up-to 50lbs ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: jobs@theemployergroup.com This position is with a company currently involved with a labor dispute.
