DESCRIPTION OF WORK The role involves assessing inventory requirements through stockpile evaluations and overseeing contractor activities in alignment with department regulations. Any intricate matters are escalated to the Roadway Programs Coordinator, who is responsible for verifying the accuracy, thoroughness, and compliance of the work with established policies and procedures.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Overtime, shift work, and travel may be required for emergencies and training. Dual Shifts required during winter operations. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year of experience as a Technical Assistant; or One year of experience in analysis of data utilized in planning and scheduling of work, materials and equipment and graduation from high school or GED equivalent; or An Associate's Degree in a field of Business Administration, Computer Science, Highway Engineering Technology or other closely related program; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training. Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree. Other Requirements: This particular position requires possession of an active Class C non-commercial Driver's License. You must meet the PA residency requirement.
