Hyatt PM Restaurant Cook - Weft & Warp at Andaz Scottsdale in SCOTTSDALE, Arizona

Starts at $20 (or more with experience)
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
The PM cook must be able to work shifts from 2 PM - 10 PM. The desired cook candidate will have hotel or high end restaurant cooking experience and a culinary degree. This person should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. Must be able to work single stations (including saute and grill) in the kitchen.

Qualifications:
Ability to work weekends and shifts from 2 PM - 10 PM.
Minimum 2 years of previous line experience.
Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills, including saute and grill.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
