We’re looking for an amazing Casino Marketing and Operations Analyst to fill this hybrid role which can be based in Seattle, WA or Miami, FL. You’ll play a critical role in analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and promotional effectiveness to inform strategic marketing initiatives within the casino environment and will be responsible for maximizing net revenue for our casino operations and the company's profitability as well as guest and crew satisfaction. As Casino Marketing Operations Analyst, your insights will directly influence campaign planning and the execution of marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with our overarching goals of enhancing customer loyalty and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities

  • Marketing Execution

  • Prepare lists of past guests for marketing campaigns based on guests’ past onboard behavior, focusing on casino operations. Work with our agency to successfully implement email and direct marketing campaigns. Must use logic, coding, knowledge of different databases and enterprise systems along with a strong understanding of the business in order to query and analyze relevant data.

  • Marketing Analysis

  • Define, evaluate, and analyze success metrics for core casino campaigns (mass market campaigns aimed at casino guests), trials, and tests. Reach concrete conclusions through interpretation of data and present results in a clear and concise manner. Prepare and present reviews to the working team.

  • Cross Functional Communication

  • Provide leadership and guidance for contact center and customer service teams in directing positive outcomes for customer service inquiries. Find ways to automate recurring needs/questions and identify areas of enhancement for overall processes

  • Data Quality and Availability

  • Partner with IT and Global Casino Operations (GCO) to grow and improve the quality of data available. Provide guidance involving data requirements (fields, tables, and elements needed plus frequency of data updates). Write queries and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) as needed for each enhancement and new system. Ensure accuracy of data

  • Present Data and Execution Updates

  • Lead cross functional meetings and provide updates on current business status and needs.

  • Automate

  • Collaborate with the team to review, improve/optimize and automate our existing casino campaign processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Finance or related fields.

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or a similar role.

  • Experience working with data analysis tools and databases.

  • Experience in the casino, gaming, hospitality, or related industries, preferred.

  • Exposure to marketing campaign strategies and data-driven decision-making preferred.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced-level skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools and relational databases.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and analyse business processes, metrics, and KPIs.

  • Take initiative and demonstrate a proactive approach to work

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

  • Proven capacity to deal with failure in a positive way

  • Base Salary Range: $67,800.00-$91,500.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
