Does that sound like you? The Opportunity with McKinstry We're looking for a Human Resources Operations Administrator to join our growing Human Resources team. We aspire to be strategic business partners, informed consultants, and advocates for our business and people. This role provides administrative support for HR Operations including the coordination of pre-hire and onboarding activities including front line employee support for HR Operations functions. In this position, you will serve as the gatekeep for HR answering HR operations questions from all employees. As the Human Resources Operations Administrator you will coordinate activities such as benefits, HR systems, and employee experience. Additionally, you will respond to a range of frontline HR inquires and manage the HR mailbox. As someone who is detail oriented, you will accurately maintain employee records in the HR systems. Strong communication, both written and verbal, will take you far in tasks such as speaking in front of a group and interacting with senior company leaders. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the ability to proactively engage with employees to problem solve. Creating a positive environment for new employees and answering their questions is an important aspect of this position. It will also be important to demonstrate an understanding of HR processes and allow for flexibility within them. What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry 2 years' experience managing projects of programs preferred. Strong research capability required. Ability to take broad instruction and achieve a successful outcome required. Strong comfort with and ability to work with ambiguity required. Strong customer service orientation with demonstrated care and concern for others required. Strong decision making and sound judgement required. Strong ability to draw connectivity between discussions, projects etc. and previous assignments required. Ability to excel in proactively engaging with employees to provide a holistic approach to answering questions. Baseline understanding of the HR functions preferred. AA or bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred. The pay range for this position is $25.49-$40.52 per hour; however, base pay offered my vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This is a non-exempt role and will be paid hourly. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
