AHBL Landscape Designer in Seattle, Washington

AHBL is a multidisciplinary firm offering civil and structural engineering, planning, landscape architecture, and surveying services to public and private clients. We improve our communities through innovative planning, design, and engineering and build collaborative partnerships one project at a time. We are looking for a landscape designer eager to be involved in our work on various landscape architecture projects in our Seattle office. WHAT WILL YOU DO In this role, you will work with the design team to develop conceptual, schematic, and construction documents for public and private sector projects. You will assist with projects from early planning through design and final construction. Projects include mixed-use, affordable housing, K-12 schools, parks and recreation, and community-based projects. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, Lumion, Grasshopper and Sketchup Proficiency in AutoCAD Strong visual communication with hand-drawn and computer-generated graphics skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment Experience working on a variety of tasks on multiple projects DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Working knowledge of LandFX, Civil 3D, and Revit COMPENSATION Actual pay will be based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Ranges are based on a 40-hour work week. Landscape Designer I - $55,000 - $69,535 per year Annual discretionary performance-based bonus BENEFITS 100% paid employee medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, life insurance and long-term disability protection.
